Description Description Magnificent Georgian Period Oak Cwpwrdd Deuddarn Cupboard This Spectacular Late 18th Century Country House Georgian Period Oak North Wales Cwpwrdd Deuddarn Cupboard / Court cupboard / Dresser dates from ca. 1790 and has a moulded cornice above a drop pendant frieze with a pair of Ogee fielded panel doors with two frieze drawers and a pair of fielded panelled doors below. There is a key with three working locks and it stands on raised feet. This fine antique cupboard is of pegged construction, splits into two sections for removal and has aged to a warm Oak shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of beeswax finishing.
