This kit quickly and easily attaches (and removes) from your passenger grab rails with hook-and-loop closures. 3 heat levels using PWM technology. A self-contained system with a fully waterproof controller (approximately 1.25″ square). You can leave the controller and wiring in place during the warmer months. Each heater has a connector with nylon-reinforced cables for long life. Made in China.
